Everything was very nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is to have coffee available. But all else was great. Thank you!

I had a really lovely stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, water bottles in the mini refrigerator were super cold and that was nice to have after a long day of riding. Free wifi and a good selection of programs to watch on tv. I am a Veteran and I love that the property is Veteran owned. I intend to come back for a longer stay to explore the area. This was my first trip to Wisconsin but not my last. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed staying here. We will return. We are train enthusiasts and being able to watch the trains and listen to them at night, was an actual bonus. Management was helpful, and responsive.

This is a basic "old School" motel. Clean, comfortable. Vehicle is parked right outside your room. Check in is remote via a key pad on the door, really handy. Motel was clean and reasonably comfortable. A couple of decent restaurants in the area. Dave H.

Good sized and clean room. I arrived after staff had departed for the day due to a travel delay but they were quickly able to get me checked in no problem. Be aware there is a freight line that runs through the town so if you are a light sleeper Prairie du Chien might not be for you.

After check in, no one on property to assist with questions or issues. Office door locked when we checked out so no opportunity to let staff know about plumbing issues. Earplugs were complimentary at check-in and needed for the many trains passing by through the nite. Had a suite but the hot tub provided was "out of order ".

Veterans owners. It looks like they take pride in their business. The room was clean. The property was clean. The only downside was the train track was across the street. However, they did have earplugs in the office.

The Prairie Voyageur is everything you want & everything you need. The staff were so welcoming & attentive at the same time I enjoyed such peace & quiet during my stay. This property strikes the perfect balance between clean, modern renovation & the mid-century charm of its roots. Centrally located, it's a convenient, cost-effective choice that will be my go-to choice for all my business in the area. Thank you Prairie Voyageur for a successful trip & thank you to the owner for your service! 🙏

The motel is close enough to train tracks that the bed shakes when trains go by. Otherwise fine, I guess.
