「I'm torn. On the one hand, the accommodation is clean, and we were generally satisfied with this category. On the other hand, they advertise that pets can stay for free. We traveled with our dog and, as always, mentioned it again in the comments. Sometimes there are special dog-friendly rooms so the accommodation can assign them directly. Then suddenly we were told that dogs weren’t allowed - not here but via WhatApp. Even though all platforms explicitly stated that pets were permitted in this...

「Great staff breakfast and we felt so welcomed」

「Ottima spa」

「Although a little difficult to spot, this is a delightful and beautifully renovated property, with a large and private parking area. Although situated on a busy road, the traffic noise was well tempered. The host was very (very) responsive, especially as our key to the room proved to be stubbornly uncooperative, necessitating a late night message. The breakfast was extensive and hearty (we felt guilty not eating more) and the lovely lady serving was very cheerful.」

「Very nice Hotel. Restaurant menu was a little confusing but the good was excellent. Would recommend highly!」

「Bella struttura di nuova costruzione e completa di ogni confort. personale gentile e cortese」

「The set up was fine and good , but not quite as expected in that the host doesn't live on the premises. The host made sure he was there to greet us, show us into the car park and around the property. He was very helpful with suggestions on places to eat. He asked us what we would like to eat for breakfast and...

「酒店大堂好大，容易找到。近名勝，可步行前往。升降機可容納幾個人，不用分開乘坐。早餐種類都很多，職員服務態度都好好。」

「Street parking can be a bit of a challenge. Other than that it’s wonderful.」

「Spotlessly clean and just the most amazing location. Absolutely loved Trapani and definitely want to return. End of October stay and weather was perfect for exploring.」

「Excellent!」
