The staff are exceptionally accommodating, and the building's prime location offers convenient access to various amenities and efficient public transportation. While occasional noise from other guests can be a minor inconvenience, this is not a reflection of the management's excellent service. Overall, my experience was very positive.

Great central location with private car park to the rear. 5min walk to the metro and lots of eating and drinking options nearby. Staff very helpful and a basic but tasty breakfast offered. Room was well equipped with AC, fridge, microwave and kettle.

This hotel was in a great location. Just a few min walk to the main square. The hotel staff was super helpful. The room was clean and had a nice balcony and A/C. The bed was very hard but aside from that everything was great.

I had a wonderful stay! Close to everything. Breakfast was very good. The absolute best part for me was tge receptionists, so helpful. Even helping me to find where i could enjoy fried cheese on ny last day, can't visit Prague and not have fried cheese😊. If I have pleasure of visiting Prague again. I would stay at Residence Bene!
