一切自己來,自己到達目的地,self check-in,其實挺方便的! 我們開車,地點不錯,有電梯是個很大的優點,在巷子裡因此晚上是安靜的,check out時間很準時,時間還沒到清潔人員就來了,也得感謝他們,因為我們到的時候房間非常乾淨整潔 整體來說比起我們在布拉格後來住的飯店,這邊好太多了!有機會再來布拉格會想住這裡!

The property itself was fine, but the neighborhood is not the best. We had a robbery incident while out sightseeing. Some items were stolen from inside the apartment, which is not uncommon for this neighborhood. The manager of the apartment was understanding and very helpful with getting the police involved. We received a full refund. Again the apartment was nice, but beware of the Žižkov neighborhood!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und hat eine schöne Ausstattung. Zudem ist sie sehr gut gelegen und man kann von hier aus sehr gut fußläufig die Stadt erkunden. Der Buchungs- & Check-In-Prozess war simpel und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Alles in allem eine Top-Unterkunft!

The place was a light walk (<0.5 miles) from the main old town area. I can see how some reviewers could be turned off from this apartment because it is in a more secluded area, but as three females we did not feel unsafe to walk at night. I'm sure the same apartment in the main old town area would have been more expensive. Also, you get to experience more of the local restaurants in the area as well. We were missing toiletries. I can't recall if this was supposed to be included, but it was nice. There was a washer which was convenient. However, there were no English instructions so the cold cycle didn't seem to work (stopped mid way) and we had to settle on the "quick wash" to get the machine to run the full cycle. Otherwise, the apartment was nice and spacious. The bath shower was a little cramped, but was still worth it for the price we paid. Overall, I would still recommend this place.

Do not stay here - place is a rip off

Just a few days before I was due to arrive - so too late for me to find something else - they suddenly charged me with a 40 Euro cleaning fee. They also repeatedly urged me to get a drive from the train station to the apartment - saying the 20 Euro fee was less than a cab. This was a flat lie - the ride was less than five minutes - so close someone could even reasonably walk it. On the way back I got on the tram, went one stop, got off and walked right in - less then two euros. Also when I had had a question about the wifi then suddenly no one was returning my emails.

Disappointing

The apartment is spacious and was well-priced. However, the booking site mentions there is a cleaning fee of Eur 40 that "you'll be asked to pay at the property". However, I was requested to make the payment for the cleaning shortly after I have received the booking confirmation. They annoyed me by regularly asking for the payment long before the check-in date. I asked whether we could check-in earlier, but they were not accommodation in this regard, i.e. 16:00, nothing earlier. We had to hang around in the area until check-in time. There is no bed in the apartment; you sleep on the sleeper couch which is not comfortable. It is quite hard and the person sleeping on the wall side does not have a bed side table and has to climb over his/her partner to get off the sleeper couch.

It is quite rare for me to walk into a hotel, hostel or apartment and feel elated at how cool the place is - I just see places to stay as a bed and roof over my head for the night, but this was a really nice place. Almost everything was modern, clean and comfortable... apart from the mattresses - they were rock solid and stained but the bedding and sheets were all clean and comfy. Having said this, my friends liked the firmness, so it's all down to personal preference, So apart from the solid mattresses, the only other downside was the lack of air-con; I appreciate this wouldn't normally be needed, but our stay saw highs of 25 degrees Celsius. There is a fan in the room but it would've just been nice to walk into an ice cold apartment after a hot sweaty day, Help is always at hand through the online chat, they usually respond within 10 minutes. Location was perfect for us - we're all in our 20s and don't mind walking, but if you're on the older side or have accessibility issues, you might find it a bit of a struggle; there is a tram-stop nearby, but there is still a big hill to contend with, just something to bear in mind, On the whole, I'm really really happy with the place and if I were to ever return to Prague, I'd come back here without a doubt.

Would be excellent for the right guests.

The reservation was for three adults. Expected at least two private sleeping areas, unfortunately there was only one large loft with a double and one single bed. The facility would be fine for two adults and a child or just two adults. Not really suitable for three adults. Lack of privacy is the only reason for not giving all excellent ratings. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Also a working elevator. The entrance and community area could do with a good cleaning. Inside the apartment was very clean. The bathroom has a large shower with lots of water pressure and hot water. Would recommend it for anyone not requiring sleeping privacy. If it were just my wife and I, we would stay there again. It is within walking distance to the Saint Charles bridge and shopping center

Lägenheten var mycket fin och ren. Extrasängarna var väl inte riktigt bekväma. Lite störande nattliv från krogen mittemot som höll igång till 5 på morgonen. Annars bara positivt. Snabb respons när man ställde frågor via mejl som att toapapper var slut... påfyllning samma dag.

The apartment is very well-equipped and clean. Spacious and most ideal for 6 people. The bathroom is modern and tidy. We enjoyed our stay very much in this apartment.
