Booked 4 nights 60 sq meters room and the hotel offered only 40 sq meters room to us on the 1st night. After negotiation, the hotel changed to the room we booked room for the last three days which is spacious and comfortable. However, The email that I sent to Hotels.com did not get any .response or arrange refund for .almost a week. Very disappointed about Hotels.com

Excellent very friendly property in a great part of old town. Air conditioning didn’t work for 2 out of 3 days in our stay so we had to open the windows it became oppressively hot. It was fixed on 3rd day. Staff were very nice.

Where to start? My wife and I agreed this may very well be one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The Old Royal Post Hotel offers an amazing price point for what you are getting. Our room was massive with vaulted ceilings, two toilets, very beautifully decorated and a super comfortable bed. Our first visit to Prague really came together well in part because of the amazing place we stayed at. We loved the location. It was extremely walkable about 3 minutes from St. Charles bridge and about a 3 minute walk to tram lines and many amazing restaurants too. The staff were also so helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with the AirCons the last night there. I contacted the front desk and within minutes they responded and also had the AC fixed! Shout out to David for getting that fixed for us. One thing I should mention is there is a lift. But it only will go up to the third floor. Coming down I believe you have to get the elevator from the second floor. For us it was totally ok, a good way to burn off some of the beer, but anyone with mobility issues should keep this in mind. All in all, what an amazing stay! We would 100% stay here again when we visit Prague in the future!

Location was perfect, minutes away from the Charles Bridge. Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Loved the balcony. Kitchen was high end and, useful and seemed almost new. Lovely large shower. Bathroom spacious too. Already looking to stay again.

Best Service apartments in Prague. Excellent helpful staff. Helped arrange transport and sent a card wine and chocolates for my mom’s birthday. Elevator useful. Brill bag storage and check out facilities .. thank you we will be back

This hotel was well above expectation! The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked with coffee pods and basics. The bathroom was large with stocked amenities. The location was great with a short walk from the restaurant hub and the central bridge. There was no lift on our side of the building, meaning we did need to haul luggage up two flights of stairs, the room we were met with made it worth it!
