Amazing hotel

Quick check-in, and clean, modern room. Breakfast available, and easy access to teansport links. Tram stop right outside front door. Will be staying again when return next year

The hotel was very convenient for public transport. Very clean and helpful check-in staff. The only thing I'd suggest is that they get a bigger sign to advertise the hotel. We walked past it several times. Overall a very good place to stay.

My initial impression walking in caused me to wonder, but the staff was friendly and our rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The room photos were accurate. If you head towards the river there are great eating options and coffee places.

It was an easy check in considering that we came in early but i have already email them.about it. They were very accomodating. The staff helped us on how to secure our transport tickets for three days. The Hotel is actually convenient for transport and also some bearby places or attractions that might be of interest. . The breakfast is really good. Staff were all attentive and helpful. A bit noisy in our room as we are along the road but that's not too terrible. Overall i would recommend this hotel. Thank you Hotel Leon.

The location is very convenient to commute going to the attractions , breakfast very good , staff very accommodating and welcoming my only concern is the lift that doesn’t start at end at the rooms floor . The day I checked put the elevator was broken and the staff was so helpful .

Liked - room clean, simple, plug points near bed, safe in room. Tram stop outside. Staff were polite and nice. Convenience stores/minimarket few doors down the road. Nice coffee shop in a container unit across the road. Lots of cafes round the corner also. Didn’t like - it was so noisy at all times, the corridor noise comes straight into the room. It is not manned by staff from 9pm so no one to tell visitors to keep the noise down. If you are a light sleeper don’t book here. Bathroom light switch behind the doorframe - not in the correct place. To note: it is 2 miles outside city centre and trams approx every 15 mins so not walkable and plan travel times.

Clean, quiet, simple accomodations, but everything that you need to be comfortable (comfortable mattress, shower gel, hairdryer, a kettle with teacup and tea assortment, free, well-working WiFi, refrigerator/freezer, an in-room safe, and daily housekeeping). The staff was multilingual, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is close to the main train station (8min by car and 20min by city transportation). There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was Buffet style, and was only 5 euro. A very good price for the good coffee selection and food assortment. Just FYI: There is an elevator on premises, but this is not a wheelchair-friendly hotel because you need to go up half a flight of stairs in either direction to access the elevator.
