Staff was great. We were greeted with welcome drinks. Room was fairly clean but needs some updates and maintenance. Hotels website also needs to be updated. One of the reasons we chose this property was because of the great prices and menu options in the restaurant. But were disappointed that the menu/price on their site were outdated…everything is more then double the price.

The location is great and breakfast was good. Unfortunately room #11 was not very convenient. First of all upon my arrival they did not have my room ready, so I have to use different one. TV was located in a separate room, not in a bedroom. AC was not working, the unite was turnd off. outside temperature was 94° of Fahrenheit. We could not sleep. A receptionist was trying to help. not successful. The internet wasn't working, constantly on and off. When I was checking out I notified receptions about inconvenience of the room and lack of the internet. He replied, he only works here and internet is working because he can use it , so he didn't care. It might be only my experience. please,check your room.

Had a lovely stay in this quaint hotel for a few days. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was very nice and fresh. Hotel is super convenient and in walking distance to everything (castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town, trams). We loved the spacious room with sitting area and the quaint vintage vibe to the room and furniture. Blow dryer was in the washroom, there was a body wash ad well. Nice big tv with remote, fridge and coffee with sugar in room.

Perfect weekend hotel

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was very nice, it was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was very good, not too much to choose from but for a weekend it was perfect! The hotel staff was very helpful and nice to us. Our stay was a great experience, especially for being a 3-star hotel with such a good price
