Hotel is really nice with nonstop working reception. Hotel is in walkable distance to city center and also hotel is located in really interesting location where are a lot of restaurants so you can easily try nice Czech cuisine
The hotel is dated and the rooms are very poor. The 1st room was akin to colditz with no windows and only a skylight. The 2nd room was tiny and you couldnt open the door properly and couldnt walk round the bed comfortably. Reception and food was excellent but it lacked certain things like an iron to go with an ironing board and when i asked for another pillow i was told that yhe hotel was full and i would have to wait for someone to leave !!!Perfect location but try the other hotels nearby. Main problem is the rooms. Would i stay again no!!!!!
The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The property is older but well kept. The breakfast provided a wide range of options. The "triple" room for three was small, but serviceable. The location was perfect for us.
Location was close to public transportation. Staff friendly. Breakfast in the hotel ok but staff not very help full other than I had a great experience.
The room I was allotted was extremely run down. Shower door was broken. Basin has plumbing issues and water clogging. There was no mirror in the room or a dressing table for that matter. We were a group of 6 people and had books 3 rooms in total, each room has some amenities missing, there was no consistency at all. I would not recommend this hotel.
Too hot and noisy to sleep.
There was no air conditioning and the provided fan was so loud you could not talk while having it on. The shelves in the closet was glued together and collapsed when we placed a pair of shoes on them.
The overall state of the hotel gave the impression of being in disrepair.
The window was facing a highly trafficked street, making it quite noisy.
The room was uncomfortably hot and we overall regret not changing to a different hotel after the first night.
This was the worst hotel ever that we stayed at. First of all, we weren't welcomed as we have been at other hotels, there was no info about the city, no warm welcoming etc. Then we got to the room where the AC sounded a lot so we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Not to mention the showering, the water kept going from warm to icecold the whole time and you couldn't fix it, so our 2 nights there we couldn't even shower properly. No champagne or wine in the room as it stood in the booking. We got sparkling water instead. Overall the only good thing is the location, but we do not recommend this hotel to anyone, you can get better for the same amount of money.

Not a 4 Star hotel. BEWARE NOISY AND NO AC!!!
This Hotel is not worth the money because of following facts. One of or room was super small for 3 people with no ventilation and a wondow to a very noisy main street woth 3 lanes. It was based on the first floor and you could smell the polution. Also the police station is next door and there is permament traffic. There is no Airconditioning in the entire Hotel ! BEWARE IN SUMMER ! There was a lightswitch in the area of the haed and you could switch on the lights while sleeping. The bathroom reminded more to a hostel from the 80 plain white with a tiny bath tub that was not possible to use as a tub and when ypu shower the water splashed all over the bathroom as there was no showercurtain. There was a strange transparent white curtain in the bathroom that prevent me of using the light switch in the night. Patking is limited only until the checkout time. I been tald to move away to make space for other guests. This wasn't welcoming at all. Furnitures are dated and comfort is rsther average. Brealfast is great doe. However I do not recommend this Hotel for families. Location is just okay. 1,5km away from old square. Hotel is very clean. There are much more nlcer hotels around that are cheaper concidering there is also no wellness or spa. This feels more like a 3star Hotel so beware if you are after quality.
Very very bad hotel, period.
This hotel is not like the 4-star hotel as they claim, originally booked five nights here, and we were arranged in a room on the top floor. During check-in, the service person at the counter said that because their hotel is a historic building. There is no air conditioner, but as soon as I entered the room, I saw a machine look exactly like an air conditioner, but it can't cool down the air at all, it can only send air out, the weather is hot in the summer and I had to open the window, but there is no curtain to shade the sunshine, and I was woken up by the sun very early every day. I couldn't get a good rest at all. After three nights, I finally couldn't stand it and requested to change a room. They changed us to a room on the first floor. It also had an air conditioner, but this one didn't work at all, so the room was stuffy and I had to open the window, but the room is just beside the main road, it's so noisy when you open the window, therefore it's hard to sleep, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, I'm very serious, please try to avoid this hotel, especially in the summer. I can't take it anymore after 4 restless nights, I asked for a refund and left early, but because I booked through other websites, I can only ask for the refund through the booking website, but their service staff did not apologize, nor did they propose any compensation plans, such as complimentary breakfast or anything they can possibly do to please their customers
