I loved this place. It was so spacious. Even bigger than in the pictures. My favorite part was the bar just downstairs. Such friendly people and tasty food and drink for a light snack in the middle of the day. It was a little tricky to find the entrance. If you said it was right next to the bar I would have totally found it easier. Would highly recommend this stay.

Our family of four (with two kids) had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for families. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main attractions in the center of Prague, which made exploring the city super easy. The only downside was that our unit was on the 4th floor with no elevator, so carrying luggage up and down was a bit of a workout. Also, the building is located on a pedestrian street, so arriving and leaving by car wasn’t very easy, and parking is a bit far from the property. That said, the place is totally worth it for its location and comfort. If you’re not traveling with a car, it’s an excellent choice!

Place was nice, location was great! However the description of the place was misleading, it stated “quiet neighborhood” that was soooo not true!!! 3 out of 4 nights there was extremely loud club music coming from near by, it started around 10 pm and ended at 6:30 am!!! We tried contacting the owner on all sorts of platforms but he completely ignored us!! And we still haven’t heard back from him! We hardly slept, that was terrible!

The apartment we rented was huge and well appointed. We also loved the neighborhood and convenience of getting around the city on foot. However, we would have had a BIG problem if there wasn’t a sister hotel nearby with a front desk. I did not receive the email with the door code before I arrived, so they saved the day with that. Also, there is nowhere to store bags in the building we stayed, so thankfully the hotel helped with that also. I’d love to stay in the same apartment again, but this was my first trip to Prague so I’m not sure I’d deal with the lack of on site support again.

Good but beware of super early checkout

The place was nice and conveniently located but the main issue was the lack of a couple amenities (only two towels for a family of 5 and no shower soap, tea or coffee), including a 10am check-out which is not ideal if you're traveling with young kids.

This property is a complete WOW! The location is so close to the square. We are a family of 4 and need space when we travel - our room (Kate, on the 2nd floor) was huge! Our room could have been 3 rooms, the kids had their own bedroom, 2 bathroom sinks, a shower and a big tub (we didn’t use) and a kitchen, eating, living room space not to mention a mud room/foyer. There also was a washer/dryer combo (which I didnt use but would have except I can’t seem to figure these machines out anywhere). It did take a while to find a supermarket which I found across the Charles Bridge but that wasn’t our priority. Also there was hand/dish soap and dishwasher detergent but no other amenities (bring your own shampoo). In general, I would totally recommend this property. For us early checkin was not possible the central registration hotel is right around the corner and able to store your luggage. Thank you 3 Epoques!

The property is located very close and in perfect walking distance to pretty much everything. There is local public transport nearby with good connections. Given the location of the apartments, it is very loud in an evening with noise from the bar and alley way below going on until the very early hours of the morning, even midweek in January. The windows of the property do very little to stop any noise coming in. Despite this, the room is comfortable and very clean with a fully kitted out small kitchen. Its also worth nothing that you dont get a physical key to your room or the building and that a code is required for entry.

Although it was difficult to find the property, once we were there we couldn’t have been more pleased. The apartment (Agnes) was huge! More then enough space for three of us. The best part was the location. We were a short walk from many of the key tourist spots in Prague. Highly recommend.

이곳은 15세기 건물이며 조지국왕이 살기도 한 곳. 건물이 있는 골목은 프라하에서 가장 오래된 골목이라고도 함. 구시가지 중심에 위치 하여 프라하 대부분의 관광지를 도보이동 하면됨. 두 골목 벗어나면 바로 까를교. 1층에는 맥주맛집도 있어 Good!. 방음이 돟은건지 자는동 안 소음을 느끼지 못함. 도보 10분 거리에 주차장을 이용하기에도 큰 어려움 없었음. 세탁시설은 없었음. 옷갈이가 많아 손빨래하여 널어놓음. 다음에도 이용할 생각 있음. 여행객에게 추천.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und im Hof hat es ein Gartenrestaurant, was im Sommer die Nachtruhe etwas beeinträchtigen kann. Aber bei einer so zentralen Lage in der Altstadt Prags ist das immer zu bedenken. Die Zufahrt ist nur bedingt möglich und vor Ort hat es keine Rezeption und das Gepäck kann auch nicht vor Ort deponiert werden (wichtig, denn man muss das Zimmer bereits um 10:00 Uhr geräumt haben, das Zimmermädchen wollte bereits um 09:55 Uhr loslegen...). Der Online-Check-In funktioniert - oder eben auch nicht. Beides schon erlebt. Immerhin: die Unterkunft ist funktional und sehr geräumig, zentral gelegen und sauber. Die Betten sind auch bequem. Das Personal bei der zentralen Rezeption war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass alle Tücken der Technik gelöst werden konnten. Tipp: Im Treppenhaus die Taschenlampe griffbereit haben, denn der Licht-Timer ist sehr kurz bemessen.
