I work out of town and stay in hotels a lot. I'm always wary of no name hotels. This one was great! I'm very critical of the bathroom and shower area and these were spotless. I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!
