I was told I would not be changed if I had booked directly with the hotel this was a surcharge for booking with hotels.com. Scam."

There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. "Percfect hotel location to stay near by sea and Venice, specially if you want stay calm and relaxed from life speed. Excellent value for money. Unbelievable terrace for having breakfast and diners. We loved HB form for serving diner as in restaurant instead of self service."

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich , die Lage ist shr gut . Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr sehr sauber . Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und das Frühstück ist auch super. Der Lift ist leider schon sehr veraltet und langsam und die Parksituation ist nicht gerade optimal. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut und ich werde dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen!! "
