Happy with everything

Had a great stay. I had a singles room which was very simple but comfortable. Nothing fancy but was perfect for an extended weekend. The hotel is close to the city center and we could walk there for nice restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and we didn't lack anything.

The good thing about this hotel was that the breakfast quality was good and more than my expectation. The location was also very good and clode to the center. However, there were too much noise not only from outside of the hotel but also from the next doors. The walls and windows are not soundproof. So, if someone is sensitive to noise over the night, better to go with another hotel. The staffs were nice.

Centrally located with 10 minutes walk to main train station from where bus goes to airport--25 minutes journey time. Shopping area around with pubs and good quality food at reasonable price. Not sure about online check in option as we had to do this again on arrival. Also sound proofing is terrible in the room as you can hear your neighbour talking and one of them had good time all night and very audible!

Surprisingly nice and clean hotel

We were a little nervous on arrival, as the hotel (from the outside) looked like something that needed to be demolished. we were fortunately pleasantly surprised, as the hotel was nice and clean inside, in a very minimalistic style. The room was a bit small, but clean and nice. There was a bit of noise from some craftsmen working at the hotel, but it stopped towards evening when they went home. The selection of breakfast was satisfactory and of a good quality.

The location is good, about 10 mins walk to the railway station. The reception lady was helpful, she helped get a fan as we said the room was hot. She also forwarded our comment quickly to the management. Unfortunately, the room had a critical problem that the shower head had some black dirt occasionally. We reported this issue via email and attached a photo of the dirt on the floor, but the management just said they couldn't find any problem. Last night we also stayed in Traffic Hotel in Wroclaw, that was good experience, so we had high expectation on this hotel in Poznan as well, but the contrast was so obvious. It's quite disappointing.
