I stayed about 6-8 times at this hotel. I am happy for the most part but a couple times I had a handicapped room for no reason and last night there was no heat in the room. It’s was very cold there and the problem could not get fixed.

Well done spacious property with excellent amenities. Surprisingly tranquil given the city location. Upscale but comfortable with approachable staff that really tries.

Main building good, side building loud
The staff and facilities are brilliant, but unless you enjoy karaoke and club music coming through the floor try and stay in the main building.

Amazing Stay With Zero Complaints
Hands down, one of the best hotel stays I've had in some time. Service was top notch, the room was great and spacious. The adjacent spa and gym were fantastic with lots of options, and even the location was great. Would 10/10 stay here again.

I really don’t understand how they call themselves 5 star property. They don’t have any solution they don’t even like to finde a solution for the customer. The hotel was in the past one of the best places in Poznan - you can see how badly it can get if you don’t have the right people at the right place. Unfortunately the receptionist can not do anything even She like to help. We didn’t sleep in that property and i will never recommend it to anybody.

Fabulous hotel in fabulous city but....
So Poznań is fantastic. Beware the old town is a massive building site. This was disappointing but we still loved it and will be great when finished. Hotel is absolutely wonderful, great room, location etc. And many fab Restaurants on site. We had a lovely warm welcome and all was fine until the checkout where despite paying in advance through hotels.com we were told thete was a 600 Złoty surcharge to pay which i queried. The reception staff asked if we have children (we dont), perhaps we ordered an extra bed (why would we ?) Or maybe it was parking (we came on the train). We were told in that case there was no surcharge. No apology or even goodbye. Left us disappointed after such a lovely time.

The twin beds were extremely small in size. When you turn around you can fall off the bed. Pillows were not good. Otherwise it’s a nice place to stay. Very comfortable

Big room, great condition, air conditioner works well. No smart tv in room and bad soundproofing. If you wish to visit SPA during your stay - it’s better to ask for a room in a main building.

Lots of dining options. Good location. Rooms are a little awkward as you're above the shops. Gets loud as well with people leaving the restaurant late at night and cars revving in the parking lot.

Nice hotel and nice area.
Our stay was nice and comfortable. Unfortunately the sauna and the pool were closed due the pandemic. We were not informed in advance and we looked forward to relax in the sauna and the pool. Rest of our stay was perfect.
