「This is a nice 3 stars hotel, clean and with all basic facilities in room, a bit old. The staff was very nice and helpful. I am apreciated the free coffee and tea are provided all day long, perfect for a retreat after skiing. Good location that close to pila ski and big supermarket just next to the hotel」

「Lovely clean room with fresh towels, etc. Modern room and en suite, shower was great, bedding nice cotton sheets. It would be better if it had a fridge. It had a fan, as we were there during a heatwave, and we were thankful for it, though it was still roasting. Very central - ideal for cafes, restaurants, shopping etc. Parking is not available at the property, so we ended up parking some distance from the propy, and obviously had to make sure we got back before the ticket ran out.」

「I booked for six (4 adults and 2 children), when we arrived they only had accommodation for 4 (1 double bed and 2 singles) however the booking by Expedia confirmed 2 double beds and 2 single beds and accepted the booking for six occupants. They found 2 camp beds for my children which meant we had to squeeze 4 into one small room. Also we informed them we would arrive at 7 as recommended in the terms and conditions, however when we did arrive we had to wait outside for over half an hour to be...

「Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Bertin. Alles war sehr sauber, unser Zimmer gepflegt und komfortabel, und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass wir unsere E-Bikes sicher im Keller unterstellen konnten.
