Nice location and the property looks clean. No rack or soap stand in shower room; hot water run out at the beginning of shower on the 2nd day, very unsetting; the land lady said the fuse jumped but all the plugs work fine at the time.

Good for guys , wife will raise eyebrows

Very affordable motel, it was the best price and very limited rooms available in Powell River when I booked. I got exactly what I expected that I paid for. One bed was fantastic, my son‘s bed was a little harder. The ratings was more for the black Areas around the tub that were covering the bottom two tiles of grout. Other than that, I had no complaints. I was in room four.

We booked a cottage. Although it was marketed as having kitchen facilities, the amenties were lacking, there was not even a coffee maker or can opener and all the cooking pots and dishes provided were in poor condition. Certainly this motel could benefit from some updates, but the manager was friendly, accessible and the cottage was very clean.
