Clean and well equiped room with comfortable beds. Quite enjoyed the Seasider restaurant for diner one night. Very quiet. Nice balcony to watch the whales and the eagles.

We Checked into Room 215, The TV wasn’t working so We phoned the Front Desk and got moved to Room 216, It was a nicer room, King Size Bed, with a Chestfield . It was a beautiful room Thank You

Nice room with beautiful view from balcony. Was very upset that restaurant was closed as it is a 5 km walk to town to eat.The reason we booked so far out of town was that we could eat there. Having to uber to town to eat was a pain. We wanted to have a drink with dinner and not drive.

The property itself was in a nice quite location tucked away by the ocean front and close driving distance to the city center. Decent and clean room with good view of the ocean. It's an older hotel and the walls/floors are not very insulated so we could hear our loud neighbors next door and could hear people walking and kids running in the room above.

Great views. Friendly staff. Great amenities. Only one restaurant available for dining below hotel and they were hosting an event inside when we arrived. No signs anywhere about an event. We were turn away as it was busy so we asked to sit outside since it was empty just to enjoy the view but they decline too. We said we wouldn’t need a menu or drinks or need any service. Just sitting outside the patio - still declined.

This hotel was amazing. Super clean, friendly staff, and a good bed. Very quiet and peaceful location right on the water. We spent afternoons watching the whales from our balcony. Laundry facilities were exactly $2 for washer and $2 for dryer. The Italian cofee makers were a great touch and it was help yourself to as many pods as you needed. The internet was abit sketchy at times but we were on holidays. We will stay there for sure if we get back to Powell River.

Did not like the Bistro's limited menu. The property entrance/pavement was rough- we drove in with our 69 Dodge Dart (a muscle car) after visiting the Sleepy Hollow run in Sechelt.

We stay at this property when my husband is away for work. He loves the old school style gym and is the reason he continues to stay there. Rooms are clean but walls are thin and most rooms have a door between so we could hear our neighbors like they were in our room. Also this visit we had upstairs neighbors who were fighting and just noisy. We could hear every word rhey were syaing. Its nice to have a waterfront view tho. Beds are comfy so All in all i give it a 4. I hope they start their new build soon cause it would also be nice to have a pool.

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here. We have stayed at other hotels in the area but this one has a beautiful balcony ocean view. Its quiet, clean, a/c, laundry, restaurant, and beer store. The front desk staff is always great. The other staff is as well except for this time. A younger girl had attidude everytime we asked for something such as towels and garbage bags. We stayed for a week and did not want or expect our room done up during our stay. Maybe our room was not hers. Im not sure. She was always one we could see availabe when we were. We did not let her ruin our trip tho. We reccommend staying here!
