「Our room was properly clean and the bed was very comfortable.」

「We loved the pool and the staff. So friendly and helpful and great with our kids! Our AC went out and had to switch rooms after kids bedtime and staff was efficient and quick to resolve the issue even upgrading our room. The only negatives would be issues with our WiFi & both tvs that never resolved.」

「We arrived before the 3 o’clock check-in and had no problem going ahead and checking into our room. The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was really good. I really can’t think of anything negative other than the elevator made a funky noise a couple of times nice place will stay there again」

「The desk clerk was great! Very friendly young man. I went into my room, set my keys down, went outside to get my suitcase and locked myself out of the room. The clerk smiled and gladly gave me another key, assuring me that it was okay, it happens all the time.」

「Booked this as it was the only hotel within a 30 mile radius with a vacant room. I was placing in a smoking room first and had to ask to be moved to a non smoking room. I was reluctantly moved and treated poorly. The next room was extremely dirty.」

「The eveing staff was the only good thing neither one of the air conditioners worked right. The lobby smelled awful the evening staff was great the morning staff was outside smoking smelled like weed the bathroom curtains in both rooms where barely hanging on by 2 holes the rest where ripped out and only 2 towels the tv remotes didn't work either」
