「The room was spotless. The staff was helpful, kind and professional. We liked that we could dine in the hotel or easily walk to the many restaurants and shops that Nelson has to offer. Having the City of Nelson parkade next door was a bonus. 」

「The price is too high but the bbq area saved us $40-50 eating out (which we dislike) Comfortable king bed, and even the pillows were adequate which is very rare. Low water pressure due to site situation I guess. The jetted tub was underwhelming and not used. Staff was incredible both times we stayed, even when my hubs made me very angry leaving, the staff called later to make sure the stay was not my issue. 」
