「Beautiful property. Pricing is a bit high. Accommodations were excellent. I believe off season pricing should be less to encourage more people. I pretty much had the place to myself. Staff were super friendly and helpful. 」

「This hotel was very old. While there have been some updates, the quality of workmanship was very poor for the updates. The hotel smelled of old smoke as you walked the hallways. The bed, however was comfortable and the room was clean, if not of good quality updates.」

In addition to a beautiful exterior, clean interior, friendly staff, a great lounge area that overlooks Ft Collins, and a fun jazz club with live entertainment, every room comes with a record player where you can play albums available for free in the lobby. 「Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment.
