「Die Unterkunft insgesamt empfehlenswert Aber für mich hat der Checkin Prozess nicht funktioniert und ich konnte über den offiziellen Weg 45min niemanden erreichen und stand draußen in der Kälte. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich anschließend zwar entschuldigt aber eine Entschädigung wäre aus meiner Sicht angemessen gewesen.」

「They have zero air conditioning or any fans anywhere on the property. We were traveling with a toddler in code red heat wave 105 degrees (41 degree Celsius) the staff could care less we asked to cancel our stay and move to another hotel way out of our way they refused and even completely ignored us. Horrible customer service and can care less about their guests.」

「Hotel is older, but a nice location with lots of shade and safe area. However, there’s no AC. I prepaid for 3 nights, and could not stay in the room as it was over 100 F in the room and no fans etc. Front desk was unhelpful and would not issue a refund or willing to work with me on a partial refund. If you need AC don’t stay here during summer.」

「Rather noisy as main railway very close to hotel. With windows closed it was much quieter, but very warm....of course it is summer, thankfully a large fan was supplied in room. Very reasonable cost. Thank you. Ian」

「Clean room, staff are nice, breakfast is not all-you-can-eat buffet, but the bread is delicious. No supermart nearby. Generally this hotel is good, the only two problems are the noise from driving car is very large, also the check-in time is very late (17:00, we were lucky to check-in early at 15:00).」

「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut... sodas kein Wunsch offen blieb. Zimmer auch top. Leider war der Eingangsbereich draußen ungepflegt und der Blick auf die Weser aus dem Zimmer auch gleichzeitig der Blick auf die Abrissarbeiten (Baustelle).」
