「Les bains mériteraient d’être nettoyés et les espaces de détentes son un peu défraîchis. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Nous avions une suite 1 lit + 1 divan lit face montagne. Le divan lit n’est pas confortable par contre pour dormir. Le lit était confortable. La salle de bain propre. Déjeuner intéressant et personnel très sympathique et courtois.」

「There is nothing not to like! A beautiful area with lots of great roads and trails for walking, hiking, cycling and mountain biking. The breakfast was also excellent, rooms were well laid out, we had the kitchenette so prepared most of our meals in our room. There’s a pool, hot tub and a sauna, with fire tables at night. 「The hotel has been in existence since 1849 and there is definitely a charm to it! I didn’t know there was no elevator when booking and my mum who is elderly had trouble to climb many stairs. The gentleman at reception (Gabriel) was so very helpful to us to and it was a relief to me and mum. We were there overnight but very happy to have been at the charming hotel. It is smack in the small town which was ideal.」

「Comfortable room and well placed in Magog. Unfortunately as our French is pathetic we had a few difficulties but Pascale was very kind and helpful. My fault but the room we had only had a bath and a shower head which we are very unused to.」
