"The staff were as helpful as they could be .However the hotel rooms were not Clean . Bathroom door looked like there had been water damage. Changed rooms to lower level and that was even worse. Booked for 2 nights stayed for one. Did not feel comfortable at all."

"This is a great property in London in immaculate condition and a beautiful courtyard. The service was top notch. The breakfast was sub par. There is a lot of hype around it and it’s certainly not worth the hype or the 55 price tag. Recommend the hotel and the restaurants but not the breakfast buffet."
