「My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!」

「We didn’t have breakfast there…very pricey! Our room was big & clean. Only 1 elevator working, pool was closed. Daniel at the front desk was great!」

「This is a very clean and new hotel, suitable for families who need to cook their own meals. There is free coffee, parking is very convenient, there is a kitchen and equipment I need, a big refrigerator. Around 5 minutes by car Wal-Mart. The only bad thing is that its north side is next to the highway and you can not stand when the big truck passes by.」

「My only complaint is that the furnishings look a bit worn and old fashioned -- but overall, I liked the property and I would stay there again. I felt safe at all times, staff was respectful and helpful, good wi-fi, nice indoor pool, free breakfast with many choices, convenient parking. My room and the common areas were very clean. Location is convenient to expressway and East Henrietta Road, West Henrietta Road and Jefferson Road, where there are many stores and restaurants. 」

「I will never stay anywhere else when working in Rochester. Dog friendly, lot of us construction workers and all friendly, neat, and quiet. Breakfast usually out early which is absolutely amazing when you need to be on a site before 7am. Breakfast is fantastic, rooms perfect for business traveler or couples. Easy access, Planet Fitness walking across lawn, washer avail at hotel. Overall a 10 out of 10 for this type of travel!」

「Very cute motel, rooms are small but still spacious enough. Beautiful bathroom with heated toilet seats, nice on a cold night. Beds are comfortable. Easy friendly check-in. Nice location on Monroe St with all sorts of shopping and restaurants close by and easy to get to highway. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again when in town」

「I stay two nights , not even cleaning room service , and have to go to front desk to ask more toilet paper, when you take breakfast, one staff just stand over at breakfast room to stare you to make you feel like you are theft not guest .」
