"My suspicion is that this used to be a higher quality establishment, but perhaps under more recent management it has fallen off. "We requested room service and did not receive it. We had to request and pick up clean towels. I don’t think that requesting room service once for a three night stay is unreasonable. We were told someone didn’t come in for their shift. Unfortunately, that makes more work for those who do show, but that should not be an excuse for not fulfilling requested service.
