「The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in the disabled access room which was very good. The only thing we would say is the the toilet is very low for a disabled person, even with the grab bars. 」

「The staff were all absolutely smashing - everyone we spoke to from the check in desk to the pool staff to the bar and the restaurant team - we were so grateful and impressed by their kindness, friendliness and professionalism. They all really made our stay - they are a credit to you. We arrived in town a little early and it was no problem to grab a spot in the carpark and use the pool before check in. Pool was lovely and clean, sundeck was a real treat. We will be back!」

「A beautiful place, delicious breakfast though items were missing like bowls, spoons, milk, beans, sausages. We thought about going to get the milk for them. Disappointingly the steam room was out of order. Sadly, they no longer serve dinner but do offer small plates. The staff are fab, though one very noisy waitress at breakfast bashes things as she clears up. There’s a fire to warm you on chilly evenings. Enjoyed the games on offer with our nightcap. 「Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it!
