「Hotel reception was over the top friendly. Our room was lovely and very large. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evenings and both meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff could have a bit more friendly. I had a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful. We would stay there again.」

「My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what I would expect from a luxury property. On arrival, one staff member took all three of our passports, completed the check-in process, and told us everything was fine and that our room would be ready shortly. However, when we returned, another employee informed us that our king room for two people could not accommodate a third guest, despite us never being told this beforehand. 「The hosts were so kind and welcoming, the atmosphere of the Riad and rooftop terrace is so lovely, as was the daily breakfast, we stayed 4 nights and were happy to retreat to this very well designed Riad, the rooms are beautiful - merci beaucoup! I would recommend this authentic experience, its a very short drive to the beach and main points (and in any case getting around in Agadir is best by car).」

「Not 4 star, bathrooms are disgusting and need updating as grout is mouldy and water doesn’t drain properly in the shower…really dated. Air conditioners don’t work! Bathroom stink, indoor pool not clean! rude staff telling us we can’t eat breakfast on certain tables because they didn’t want to clean more! Horrible food, so bland and really disgusting. Entertainment not always appropriate for kids even though they said it is family friendly. Never recommend to anyone, waste of money.」
