The lady working front desk did her job by providing information and organizing pickup. However, she ruined our experience by making it unwelcoming - hovering over anytime we left/came back, reminding us of the rules repeatedly when nothing was warranted. Beautiful hotel - horrible staff member. Considering we were barely there and kept to ourselves and paid for a great experience, it was shocking to feel that be ruined from the FACE of the hotel. Kitchen staff and room service staff was amazing.

Loved staying here. The room with the sea view was amazing! The location was idyllic, there were stair cases right by the entrance that led you straight down to the beach and right in front of some great restaurants.

The balcony was amazingly calm. The hotel & room were extremely clean. Shower was small, but worked for one. The bed in room 4 was soo comfortable! But someone who likes a firm pillow, I could've appreciated a thicker pillow. Staff was amazing. I'd happily rebook this hotel.

Incredible experience and friendly staff. Room was ready prior to check in, view was amazing and they organized a private transfer to Naples. Not to mention breakfast delivered to the room each morning. When we come back, we will be staying here again for sure!
