This property is family owned and has an amazing staff that catered to all of our needs. From the moment we arrived they ensured that we had a relaxing time despite the wet weather during our 3 day visit. We would definitely stay there again. Views from our balcony were incredible.
had one of the best stays here! Andrea was an amazing host, so kind and welcoming. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with great variety and fresh ingredients. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Just traveled Europe for 2 weeks and this by far was my favorite accommodation. The staff here is very friendly, and helpful. The view from the room is STUNNING, unreal—so beautiful. Eating breakfast on the terrace was a dream, not only was the food perfect but to able to sit on that terrace and eat with that view was the best part of my trip. Room was very clean and spacious. Would def come back here again. Not far from the main hub. Worth every penny.
Andrea and Rosa were amazing! They took really great care of us and made us feel like home!
Rosa prepares a great breakfast and it’s always on time.
We will definitely be coming back and for sure would recommend this for family and friends
We had a large room with a terrace with a beautiful view. The breakfast was plentiful and amazing. It was brought in the morning and placed on your table on the terrace. Andrea, the host, was so willing to accommodate us in every way. We loved our stay here.
Pros: EVERYTHING!! We loved this space. It worked great for our family of three. The balcony was awesome. The breakfast was AMAZING. Everyone we encountered there was beyond helpful. I highly recommend checking this place out.
The staff at Maison Liparlati were amazing. Andrea was there to assist upon check in and contacted us well before arrival. The area was close to the main center. The breakfast was amazing and included an omelet, fresh prosciutto, salami, fresh pastries, fruit, pancakes, waffles, and much more. Cannot say enough good things about this property! Definitely a 10/10!!
Andrea is an excellent host, very attentive in advance and can give you great tips for moving into, around and from Positano. The property is in prime condition, the housekeeper leaves it pristine each morning and the place has rare amenities like hidden drying racks which are not an eyesore for your photos but are convenient when traveling with what fits inside a backpack which makes all the difference.
The view from the balcony is breathtaking, both to the sea and the traditional Positano buildings on the cliffs. If you like walking around the places you visit, this property leaves you about halfway the whole circuit, out and to the right you eventually arrive to the best restaurants at the top of one cliff and if you walk to the left you arrive to stairs that take you to Positano beach and the most commercial areas. Breakfast: I can assure you that you get great value. Very abundant and top quality which for a family of 3 would run you down at the very least a hundred euro. Overall an excellent experience.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The position was good, not far from the town centre, however, it had bus stop outside, if you didnt want to tackle the stairs. The room was spacious, cleaned every day, and a daily breakfast, which was nice. There was a lovely, large patio overlooking Positano, so the view was great. They had a small kitchenette, fridge tiny, no freezer, you could barely fit anything in it, so if you wanted to cook, it was a tad difficult.
Kitchen utensils, were at a bare minimum, with no condiments. If you are travelling for a few weeks, it is nice to able to have the option to cook. The staff were very attentive.
The bedroom was excellent. High ceilings, spacious, nice decor and well appointed.
Breakfast was good, varied and plentiful.
Bathroom was disappointing with an extremely tiny shower and luke warm water. Bath towels were paper thin and rough to use.
No kettle or tea/coffee amenities provided despite a kitchenette in the room.
We had the lead in room so no sea view but lovely views of the district and mountains.
Property is a 15 minute walk to the shopping area in Positano and like all of this amazing village, loads of steps and narrow roads.
Lastly two large & steep flight of stairs to the property so carrying luggage up was challenging.
Overall a pleasant stay.
Absolutely loved the hotel! Breakfast on the balcony was amazing and the room was large and very clean. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, and he coordinated a shuttle to pick us up and drop us back off for dinner. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!
Great stay! Andrea and staff were so kind and accommodating! He greeted us upon arrival
and provided instructions on how to get to the city center (about a 15-20min walk).
The room was lovely with great views and a wonderful breakfast each morning on the balcony! He even organized a private car to take us a dinner at Da Constino which was amazing food and views!
We were more than delighted with our stay at Andrea’s place. The room was fantastic – spacious, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The terrace is definitely a highlight, offering a stunning view over Positano.
Andrea was always available for any questions and provided great support throughout our stay. His team was equally friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and made even better by the breathtaking view of Positano.
We were extremely satisfied and would gladly come back again. Many thanks to Andrea and his wonderful team! :)
This property has a beautiful outlook of Positano. It’s a little dated and tired but overall very nice. We stayed at Villa Mary previously (sister property) but couldn’t this time as we were traveling with our two young children. I’d definitely recommend Villa Mary as it’s a cut above Liparlati. Our only odd experience was receiving a message from the owner about leaving food out which attracts ants. We have an 18 month old who is prone to dropping food so this made our stay not as pleasant as we felt we needed to monitor our children even more.
