Rooms were great. Staff was very friendly. Location and access to the beach were ideal. Restaurant options were disappointing in how limited the menu was. They have a pizza oven and only offer three choices.

Hotel Pupetto was truly wonderful, and the entire staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. The ocean view from the terrace was breathtaking, and the room was impeccably clean. While I cannot name everyone, I would like to specifically mention Ilenia, Fedele, Fernando, Sumal, and all the ladies at the front desk who coordinated everything prior to my arrival. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner consistently exceeded expectations, always accompanied by the chef's thoughtful hospitality. If you wish to experience Positano away from the crowds, Pupetto is an excellent choice.

It’s a bit pricy for what you get but it’s so close to the beach that it’s worth it. The rooms are very basic — don’t expect a cushy bed or fancy bedding. There are a ton of steps so if you are going in the summer be warned, you will get a work out. But the views are so beautiful and the staff is lovely.

Everything about this hotel is magical. It’s right on the beach, which was amazingly relaxing and refreshing after spending a week in Rome. The staff were so incredibly helpful, welcoming and accommodating. They figured out our likes and preferences by the second day. 3 Cappuccinos for your party today? Now, the food: the breakfast was amazing! My 15 and 13 years olds were very happy with the variety (loooved the yogurt and Nutella), and the wood fired pizza after going for a swim was divine! I recommend the the focaccia Caprese! 🤤. Dinner was fine dining style and the waiters are very attentive. The hotel was clean and beautiful. I really didn’t want to leave. I’d come back every summer if I could. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
