Great Stay

We would stay here again. The room was wonderful and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our breakfasts were fantastic and our host even arranged transportation back to Naples for us. It was a great stay.

This property was lovely, in a central location close to loads of restaurants and shops. The service is great, we hd breakfast served in the room at the time we liked with plenty of choice. The room itself was nice and spacious, very clean.

The location was in a wonderful area. I took a private transfer to Positano arranged by the B&B which arrived promptly for pickup, and was a smooth transfer from the airport. I loved that there were minimal stairs to carry my suitcase up and down. My room was spacious and clean. I looked forward to breakfast outdoors each morning. Pietro and Roberta were so helpful leading up to my stay and were also available during if anything came up. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area and book again, no questions asked. The perfect stay for the most perfect trip.

A Perfect Positano Stay with Unforgettable Views

Our stay at Dimora Del Podestà was everything we hoped for and more. This charming B&B offers absolutely stunning views that made every moment feel magical. One of our favorite parts was enjoying a delicious breakfast each morning on our own private terrace—it was such a relaxing and special way to start the day. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. The location was ideal—nestled just above Saraceno d’Oro, where we had the best lasagna we’ve ever tasted. It was an easy and scenic walk down to the main beach, and Fornillo Beach, a quieter and equally beautiful spot, was just a short stroll away. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Positano and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Excellent B&B to stay in Positano. The room was ample an clean and nicely decorated. I had a balcony facing the “pyramid”. But, the most important quality of the place is the staff and the owners. They treat us like family and they make us feel so welcome. The breakfast was incredible: eggs, bacon, toasts, milk and all kinds of cookies and donuts.

I first stayed at Dimora del Podestà nine years ago and had a wonderful impression of the place. Returning this year, I found it to be just as clean and comfortable as before. The breakfast was still excellent, filling us up so much that we didn't need lunch. The restaurant on the ground floor served delicious meals, and we ended up having dinner there three times. Both the hotel and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and treated us like family. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Positano.

To start the property is just beautiful. Spotlessly clean and so spacious. But what made it so special was the morning breakfast served either on your balcony or just inside (if it rains) each morning. Unfortunately I do not know that name of the lovely lady who greeted us and served our breakfast but her warm smile and service is what made the stay most special. Thankyou

Charm, location, service

The room is just as the pictures show. It was very large, surprisingly, with a lovely balcony with a view. The rooms are on the first floor, but not many stairs. Unlike the rest of Positano! Breakfast each morning top notch and very filling - pastries, cold cuts & cheese, coffee, juice, yogurt, and eggs or pancakes to order. YUM! The staff was courteous and helpful. Heed their recommendation about where to park (if you are driving a car) and make sure you reserve a spot in advance. The parking is literally 50 steps from the B&B. Downstairs restaurant was also very tasty and reasonable (for Positano). Our only nit - which is not something that can be addressed - was the noise. Bring ear plugs. Or maybe ask for one of the rooms without a view so that you are not "on the street". Lots of tourist noise until 1am and then again starting 5am with workers (restaurants, trash pickup, etc). We would stay again if in the area!

Aprazível experiência, atendimento e atenção da senhora do café da manhã acima da média. Amamos todos detalhes. A região além de linda tem ótimos restaurantes. Obviamente todos turísticos, não deixe de consultar o Google para fazer a sua escolha. Dica: se for ficar mais que um par de Dias e estiver de carro e tem o hábito de comprar em mercados o faça antes de subir para a Costa Amalfitana. O quarto do hotel tem chaleira elétrica, porém não tem café, se isso for relevante como é pra mim, leve também.

Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing

We absolutely loved this place! As a group of three friends we were thrilled to see such a large room / large living area with a converted bed. The sleeping area is connected but set apart much larger than a hotel style with a fireplace, large balcony, and large bathroom with vanity hallway area. The beds were set and made for our arrival. The apartment was in a very quiet, peaceful part of town! Plenty of shops and restaurants along the streets but a bit of a hike if walking, however the views are worth it! All sights were within a 20 min walk (but keep in mind the steps) and the boat dock was also very close- there are porters waiting for suitcases which was very welcomed- they bring them to your hotel for 10 euro per piece which was a lifesaver! The only downside is no elevator that we saw but not a huge deal. Full breakfast provided in the morning by staff which was delicious and the views are just amazing from the balcony. Very nice place would stay again and highly recommend.

This place is amazing , we had a small balcony where we had breakfast outside every morning . It is a small family owned b&b and they also own the restaurant next door which was also fabulous. We stayed in musica (room name ) and it was large and comfortable. Great views .

Best accommodation ever!

The best accommodation we have ever had, room very bright and airy and most importantly very clean. Breakfast on the balcony was amazing. Delicious and rich and with beautiful views. The restaurant downstairs is a must as well, with delicious food and friendly atmosphere.
