The hotel offers modern eclectic decor. Very unique... Including multicolored lights in the bathroom shower area. Friendly staff and great restaurants that are walkable.. The hotel offered and organized a trip to a local restaurant high up in Positano called Da Costantino. Well worth the visit. Fantastic views. The tiramisu was really good. Great bar area which also offers a full buffet breakfast for €25/day. Alternatively, you can order off the à la carte menu, which includes omelettes, coffee,...

This is a spectacular boutique hotel! The views of the coastline and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms cannot be beat. This is 5-stars for the room views, the service, the updated exquisiteness of the décor, and the added amenities (pool, balconies, outdoor dining, access to oceanfront restaurants, etc. Don’t expect a Sheraton or Hilton type place….this isn’t that, and you shouldn’t be here looking for that here. This is a great unique, romantic and relaxing environment that...

Fantastic stay at Bambagina Mare in the heart of Amalfi We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bambagina Mare. Our suite felt brand new and had a beautiful sea view, a gorgeous bathroom and bedroom, excellent amenities, and perfect air conditioning. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and extremely well done. Carmine was an outstanding host and made the entire experience easy from the moment we arrived. There are 4 parking stalls onsite, or an area for parking directly across the street, adjacent to the mountains. The parking is outlined in blue (paid) but the hotel can give a voucher so parking is not an extra charge. We were leaving the next morning to trek north towards Rome and the front desk staff were very...

The Ara Maris which is referred to as the new hotel was one of my best stays at any hotel in all my travels, which is considerable. The service from all the staff whether it be registration, concierge, dining, pool, cleaning or spa wax consistently top notch. It is a physically pleasing site and is close to all the shops and restaurants in the main area of Sorrento. We were there for 8 days and could have stayed longer.
