"The staff were excellent and very helpful, rooms were very clean even though quite basic. We had a balcony, which was pleasant to use in the evening. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from both the railway station and town centre. Parking looked a little limited so consider public transport. Breakfast was good but a little more selection from the coffee machine would have been welcomed as would a little more choice on food front, limited hot food choice and only natural yoghurt, a few different flavours would be a useful addition. Definitely recommend this hotel and Sibiu itself is a must see."

"This is a whimsical, magical place where the beauty of nature surrounding it blends in with the fairytale design of the property. It's peaceful and exquisitely maintained, with attention to the tiniest details. The rooms exude comfort and relaxation - while your inner child will be delighted in discovering the tiny fairy doors, and the cozy nooks. Enjoy the crisp, fresh mountain air while taking a stroll along the brook, and take your pick of fresh berries from the blackberry brambles. The restaurant features gourmet meals served in a wonderful setting. This property is a gem, and quite easy to get to from the main road. Will certainly be back!"

"Beautiful, comfortable room. The only suggestion I have is to change the locks on the doors. You need a key to lock it from the inside and open it from the inside. This will turn out very bad if there were to be an emergency."

"Clean bright room, comfortable bed and decent for the price as you have access to the swimming pool and breakfast in the Mercure that is attached. Only negative is that the air con was broken in the room so it was quite hot in the room and we needed to keep the window open to cool down."
