They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. 「very close to the Bristol airport, very convenient if you arrive late night no reception or staff there to server (but it is very OK, so price is cheaper than others), just arrive and you can get into your room, nice decor new room, suggest to install a shower curtain because the water makes the toilet all wet (beware of the goat, haha)」
