The stafd were freindly and helpful, oir room was beautiful. The white pheasant was gorgeous and the food was perfect. We had a great night chilling in the bar and finished off with a great breakfast. It was our 1st stat but will not be our last.

I’d have to say, this was the best Hotel, we’ve stayed in during our trip. Great location, not too far from town. Great amenities, on site, various restaurants and bars. Food and drink were lovely. Free parking, bonus!! The hotel had so much charm. Rooms were large and spacious, and very clean. Washroom had a heated floor and good lighting. One bit of annoyance was that you couldn’t turn the washroom light off or on, it was automatic and the door was shaded glass. So therefore in the middle of the night if you happened to get up, you were blasted with the light! Coffee maker and tea kettle in room. Overall was a lovely stay!

Lovely clean room. Great facilities, multible bars, reasonable price. Warm and helpful staff, particularly the blonde lady at reception and the tall man with grey hair who runs the Tika bar. Both an asset to the hotel.

We were touring around Ireland for a holiday and this was by far the best hotel we stayed at. Lovely decor, luxurious, beautiful rooms with great facilities. Can’t recommend enough.

The hotel was nice. The room was a small, but we were just there one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you don't plan on going into Portrush center city to eat, make a reservation at the White Pheasant restaurant inside the hotel, otherwise there isn't anywhere to eat near by. They have Kelly's which is pizza and burgers.

Rooms are lovely though they are small but the room was incredibly noisy. We were in room 19 and we couldn’t open the windows as it was on th rear of the property and all we could hear was noise from parties in the bars, people stood outside smoking/vaping on both nights until around. 1am.

Great staff. Super convenient location

The hotel overall is very nice and in a great location. The staff are excellent. The rooms are super tiny. I wouldn’t want to stay more than one night. Could hear everything on the floor above us. Very loud.

The hotel was just fine but what elevated my one night stay was the warmth of the staff. From reception to the bartenders and the wait staff at breakfast there was nothing other than genuine friendliness and kind consideration, none of the corporate smarminess one might find or usually finds in chain hotels. And a two minute drive to the golf course. Nice!
