During an entire week, the room was cleaned only once, which is unacceptable for a property presented as a residence/hotel. In addition, the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. The room was also very cold, and it was not possible to regulate the temperature in any effective way. Overall, the poor housekeeping service significantly...
