O Hotel é excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, a cama super confortável, vale a pena se hospedar, perto do centro, mercado próximo caso queira comprar algo para comer, a piscina e a academia pode ser utilizada com o pagamento de uma taxa, isso deveria ser bem explicado no anúncio, de resto tudo muito bom, já viajei para muitos lugares e sem dúvidas tá na minha lista de melhores cafés da manhã tudo muito gostoso.

No geral razoavel, bom café, quarto bom. Mas pedi cama casal e recebi de solteiro, porque alegou que nao tinha mais. Internet horrivel, pessima mesmo. Uma falta de consideracao. Até a TV e ruim. Precisa melhorar bastante.

Paramos em pvh após um viagem longa a fim de pernoitar para retomar viagem no dia seguinte. Quarto com mta zuada , parecia cano dentro da parede batendo, nao descansamos e saímos antes do previsto diante disso. Precisam checar aptos antes de instalar hospedes.

Decepção e frustração

Os funcionários muito educados, tirando uma recepcionista um pouco arrogante. Quando estava fazendo o check-in, precisei mostrar meu documento pra ela ver, pois estava sem óculos. Ao pegar, parecia que ela estava com nojo. Tudo bem, a preocupação com o covid, mas penso que deveria ser mais discreta, pois tinha álcool em gel ao seu lado. O quarto simples, porém limpinho e roupas de cama cheirosas, café da manhã muito bom, só um pouco frio, pia do banheiro pingando água direto. Minha decepção foi quando fui fazer uso da piscina, não poder. Alegaram estar impedida por conta do decreto. Fiz reserva nesse hotel, mais por causa da piscina em momento algum tive informação da restrição. O valor não foi barato! Mais surpresa ainda, foi o funcionário pedir desculpas pela falta de informação e me oferecer um vale de 20,00 pra consumo no hotel. Eu e meu filho havíamos nos hospedados em um outro hotel, e lá não teve restrição nenhuma quanto ao uso. Aliás, em ambos não tinha fluxo suficiente pra aglomeração. Muito decepcionada mesmo! Não voltarei.
