More Like a 2-Star Family Resort than Luxe

The hotel has an impressive entrance, a big, winding pool, and access to one of the best beaches in Santo Andre, so it appears high-end, but it's actually more like a 2–star, large volume, all-inclusive family-style resort. The interiors are not high-end, the rooms are austere and very sparsely decorated - no chairs, no sofas, no desk, no luggage stands, the floors are tiled with large, institutional-style glossy white tiles, the bathroom tiles are painted over, and the fixtures are old and very basic. Devoid of charm and character. No channels were available on the TV in my room, and the WiFi was choppy. One afternoon, the power went out for several hours, which happens, but they should have offered some type of compensation to the guests, a free drink or something. That is one of the differences between 4–5-star service and 2-star service. As far as the service, it was bare-bones. The front desk staff were aloof, generally not personable, and at times seemed (oddly) distrustful. Some of the waiters were very friendly and efficient, but most of the wait staff appeared overwhelmed and were not very attentive. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good enough, with several options, but the dining rooms are large, and brightly lit, which made me feel as if I were eating at a high-school cafeteria. I do not recommend the hotel for solo or couples.

Local paradisĂ­aco!

O local é maravilhoso, a arquitetura do hotel é fantåstica e, de modo geral, o atendimento das pessoas é excelente. Entretanto, existem pontos de melhoria! Dentre eles: não possuem serviço de mensageiro (não hå como receber uma ågua mineral no seu quarto, por exemplo); o jantar de cada dia reproduz mais do mesmo e a proteína bovina (carne) é sempre fraldinha; faltam mesa e cadeira nos quartos, até como um apoio para um eventual café da manhã, embora tenha espaço suficiente. Enfim, são pequenos pecados que não alteram, demasiadamente, a percepção de conforto geral.

Hotel para quem procura TRANQUILIDADE, PAZ E AMBIENTE FAMILIAR... É muito agradĂĄvel, tudo muito bonito, charmoso e o atendimento Ă© espetacular. Todos sĂŁo muito educados e prestativos. Quarto muito bem conservado, com bastante espaço! Ótima estrutura em geral do Resort, vocĂȘ realmente se sente em uma Vila. Tivemos um problema de queda de energia, e mesmo tarde da noite fomos prontamente atendidas pela manutenção que solucionou o problema com agilidade!!

Um dos melhores lugares que jĂĄ jĂĄ estive. Eles proporcionam uma verdadeira “experiĂȘncia” ao cliente. Os funcionĂĄrios parecem orquestrados. Tudo funciona e Ă© acrescido a gentileza e cortesia. EstĂŁo sempre atentos e prontos para nos servir e surpreender. Como gestora, acredito que o maior diferencial Ă© a parte humana, vocĂȘs alcançaram excelĂȘncia, meus parabĂ©ns! O lugar Ă© lindo, tudo muito limpo, comida muito bem feita e saborosa e os preços sĂŁo honestos para um hotel deste padrĂŁo. NĂŁo costumo repetir lugares, mas eu voltarei com toda certeza!
