I have been to this area multiple times since the late 90s, but this was my first time taking my family there so I wanted to be special. The hotel exceeded all of my expectations in every way: service, the room, the hotel, location, and food. The hotel and rooms are charming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommended for anybody looking for a peaceful stay!

We Love Arraial!

We've had the most amazing time at Cheiro Verde. The manager and her team were just so lovely and kind. They made us feel very welcome and nothing was a problem. The property is well kept and very clean. Beautiful stay!!!

NĂŁo recomendo

Minha experiĂȘncia na Pousada Cheiro Verde foi decepcionante. Ficamos dois com o chuveiro apenas com ĂĄgua morna ou fria problema geral e vi outros hĂłspedes reclamando tbm. O quarto "small" Ă© minĂșsculo, desconfortĂĄvel a ponto de mal caber duas pessoas. NĂŁo hĂĄ suporte para malas e, para conseguir sair da cama, era preciso pular por cima da bagagem, nĂŁo hĂĄ espaço lateral. A localização dos quartos tambĂ©m Ă© pĂ©ssima: Ă s 5h da manhĂŁ jĂĄ começåvamos a ouvir barulhos altos de pratos e panelas vindos da arrumação do cafĂ© da manhĂŁ. Ao fazer a reserva, solicitamos duas camas de solteiro. No check-in, nos deram uma cama de casal, ao questionar foi sugerido que separassem as camas de casal para atender ao pedido, mas, devido ao tamanho reduzido do quarto, isso comprometeria ainda mais o espaço, alĂ©m de deixar uma das camas colada na cortina, que, inclusive, estava com mofo visĂ­vel. Um descuido sĂ©rio com a manutenção e higiene do ambiente. A TV do quarto com imagem picotada e controle remoto quebrado. Chamamos a atendente pq o controle nĂŁo funcionava, e ela nos informou que era necessĂĄrio “afundar o dedo” para ligar. O atendimento tambĂ©m deixou a desejar indo na contramĂŁo do q se espera da famosa receptividade baiana, fui atĂ© a porta da cozinha solicitar uma omelete e me falaram num tom rĂ­spido que o atendimento era sĂł Ă s 7:30 mas jĂĄ era 7:38, tĂ­nhamos um passeio e estĂĄvamos com horĂĄrio apertado. Pra piorar, encontramos uma barata viva dentro do quarto bem perto da mala q estava aberta.

Pousada maravilhosa, cuidada com muito carinho e dedicação, funcionårios atenciosos, prestativos, limpeza impecåvel. Localização excelente, na rua das lojinhas e restaurantes de Arraial, próxima à praia, porém, com a ressalva de que a rua é uma ladeira para chegar ao mar, o que pode dificultar um pouco para os idosos ou pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, mas se estiver com carro não hå problema algum.

A pousada é absurdamente linda! Com uma natureza por todo percusso aos quartos e piscina... um paisagismo incrível! Oferece café da manhã muito organizado, com um cardapio de tapiocas e omeletes para serem preparados na hora! Extremamente limpa. O quarto e as roupas de cama são incríveis! O edredom é daqueles de hotel 5 estrelas, maravilhoso! Os funcionårios da recepção principalmente são muito simpåticos! Ah! De tarde tem um chå servido com bolo e torradas!! A localização é maravilhosa, no início da descida pra praia!

Muito bem localizado.

Hotel muito bem localizado e muito bom. Estacionamento meio complicado. Quarto muito confortĂĄvel e de bom tamanho. SĂł tem problemas com barulho, pois a acĂșstica Ă© muito ruim e infelizmente sempre nos deparamos com vizinhos pouco educados que nĂŁo se preocupam se estĂŁo ou nĂŁo incomodando o outro.

Pessima experiencia de cafe de manha

No cafe da manha tinha um hospede ouvindo nas alturas no celular um culto, reclamei com a recepção que o barulho estava me incomodando, mas ela não foi pedir pra o hospede desligar o barulho infernal. E ainda informei que eu e meu marido somos autistas e este barulho estava tornando nossa experiencia de cafe da manha um verdadeiro inferno em pleno 25/12/23.
