Wonderful place with space for improvement

Wonderful place to stay! Amazing beach and great food. My only complaints are the cockroach in my bathroom at first night and the noise from irrigation and maintenance during early mornings!

Many Great Beach Locations within Walking Distance

Great service and reasonably priced bar and restaurant. Excellent morning breakfast with fresh fruit, bakery goods, cafe and various juices. Location was perfect for walking to Mucugê bars & shops, as well as, many beaches. Nice beach walk to Lagoa Azul with food & beverage places along the way.

5* location and properly but not 5* service

This is a nice hotel in a great location with great reasonably priced food. But having stayed 11 months ago I’d say service levels have slipped and the overall feel is less of a luxury experience than before which is a shame given the quality of the property and setting

Muito bom hotel

Muito bom hotel, que precisa melhorar o serviço de praia. Pessoal fica à postos (conversando entre si), mas não vem à mesa para atender, só chamando mesmo. A piscina precisa ser aquecida, pelo menos quebrar o gelo. Não sabia que o hotel era pet friendly (se soubesse não teria escolhido) e aconteceu uma coisa absurda: o hóspede jogou o cachorro na piscina infantil. Os funcionários ficaram somente observando sem agir.

Maravilhoso

Uma grata surpresa. Um dos melhores hoteis que jae hospedei. Vim de uma péssima experiência no Terrazza Boutique Trancoso onde fiquei 4 dias e depois foi para Kuara Foi tipo sair do perrengue e ir para o paraíso. O Kuara é excelente em todos os sentidos. Um lugar delicioso.
