Not true 5 star as building is tired outside (stained), buffet breakfast was inedible as luke warm, lack of range of offering. No English breakfast teabags at breakfast or in room. No milk available in room, only small cream. Lovely small hotel, 25 min walk to Porto river, only 3 euro in taxi. Clean thou, and staff friendly.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were huge and beautifully situated overlooking the pool very quiet away from the road. The staff was very kind and efficient and we ate in the beautiful restaurant and the food was superb beautiful hotel. I will recommend all my friends.

Lovely recently built hotel in a 200 year old palace. Great staff absolutely stunning old ballroom converted into a dining room. Good food. The only detriment is that there’s not a whole lot going on around this hotel. Good value for money, especially in the off-season if you’re just looking to relax
