We arrived and the property late after touring the city. The first email from the property had the pin to the bldg, but not to the door... as my phone had died, i did not receive the subsequent email in time to share with the rest of my group.
Upon walking in, you can notice that the floor was dusty.. fingerprints on the microwave and cabinet doors... and on the lamp. No papertowels nor kitchen rags to clean with. The kitchen area is very poorly lit. We moved a lamp from the room to light the area. No TV remote can be found in the whole unit.
We contacted NOMA LIVING and they apologized, told us that we can switch or they can get someone to clean tomorrow morning, as well as provide rags and the replacement remote... as it was late, and we had unpacked. We chose their offer the cleaner, since the bed linen looked clean( though the headboard were dusty).
When time to sleep, thats when we noticed that the 2nd twin bed in the 2nd room was actually not a bed but a cot.. matress of which is half the thickness of a normal one!
The promised cleaner never arrived, something about miscommunication about unit number.
No hooks or racks to hang your wet towels. No closet in the 2nd bedroom, no hangers and hooks for your luggage/packs.
