The staff were nice, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel location is great.
Thank you so much for your help, support and enthusiasm.
The rooms are clean and the rooftop is quite amazing. It has great views and the staff is friendly! I wish they invested in making their beds feel like a 4-star hotel bed rather than a run down hostel. Aside from that, service and staff rock at this place!
We appreciated the quite and the use of water kettle, coffee maker and mini fridge. Breakfast was outstanding. Something for everyone. Loved the freshly pressed orange juice and cappuccinos.Only improvement could be the watery scrambled eggs and pillows.
Great staff. My son left his wallet in the room and the staff went out of their way to return it. Nicely place property and the rooms are filled with amenities.
Just wish the queen was actually a queen size - it seemed more like a US full size which forced my husband an I into the second bedroom for the twin size beds! (We're used to a US King). Everyone was super helpful and the place was nicely located just a short walk away from the action.
Wonderful hotel in Porto. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff were top notch! We loved going up to the 17th floor for drinks or dinner. The breakfast buffet was excellent- lots of selection. Also the hotel is in an excellent location, close to many shops and restaurants. We had the best time! Highly recommended!
Amazing view from the rooftop bar where the staff were so friendly & helpful.
Great choices at breakfast buffet.
I gave a 4 star rating as housekeeping didn’t replenish our towels or coffee pods during our stay otherwise it would’ve been 5. We had to go down to Reception to report this as no telephone in room. The matter was dealt with very swiftly but it was annoying having to wait to shower after a very long hot day.
What a super nice hotel. A little ways from all the main sites I'm sure most people head to Lisbon to see, but for us this was the perfect spot. Nice and quiet. Fantastic breakfast too! (I'm still craving their coffee. It was just from a self-serve machine but it was the best I've ever had!)
