Decent, basic hotel. Great location, in the center of the Riberia district, just a block uphill from the former stock exchange. Room was niced sized and had a bonus area with twin bunk beds. Rooms were clean and well insulated from street sounds. Only downside was that the walls between rooms were a bit thin and sounds echoed from the hallways.

The small standard room is ok, but the sink in the bathroom and nightstand/shelf is tiny. Very convenient location and nice staff. They allowed us to drop bags off until check in or out

The place was clean and maintained. Walking distance from all kinds of shops, dinning, and sites to see including the Douro River. Parking was about a 7-10 min walk but overall a good experience.

Very good location to main tourist spots Car parking is an issue as hotel had no parking and public car parks were full Hotel facilities are basic but comfortable and clean Concierge was friendly and helpful Restaurant staff less so

Overall the hotel is excellent. Room was a nice size, clean and had a nice view from the window. If not a big breakfast eater, a nice cafe across the street to get a coffee and pastry. As well, they offered numerous English speaking stations on the tv. The only issue we had was poor internet service. It was inconsistent and we lost connection often while using.

I love this hotel; perfect, central location, very walkable area. Close to Sao Bento train & Metro stations, Rua das Flores pedestrian street, water front, Hop-on bus stop, tram stop. Very nice hotel, large room, modern bathroom. I will definitely stay there again.
