Das Hotel ist für seine drei Sterne OK. Die Lage zum Douro und zu Restaurant's ist ideal. Ein guter Ausgangs Punkt um die Stadt zu entdecken. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung es war alles da und es wurde immer nachgelegt.

The front desk staff was SO friendly and helpful. We had a stroller which they stored for us daily. They also helped me with printing train tickets. The hotel is located VERY close to tons of restaurants and stores and is walking distance to the Ribeira riverfront. Our room was a great size for our family of 4 and had a gorgeous view. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure too! Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Absolutely loved our stay here.

We loved our room, it had a fantastic view looking down to the river and as the windows were high the hotel had provided this cute little set of steps so we could sit in the window and enjoy the view. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was pretty good, though not much variety over the week.

It was a nice old hotel with a friendly staff and a good breakfast. It was a five minute walk to the waterfront and a seven minute walk to the subway or just to the historic center.

Perfect position for many of the main attractions. Clean room, lovely staff, nice breakfast. Palacio da 2 mins walk, waterfront 5 mins, Sao Bentk train station 7 mins, shops & restaurants all nearby Breakfast room gets crowded, lots of street noise on a weekend even from 6th floor. Take ear plugs. Seagulls also very noisy 😀

Great location with easy access to bars and restaurants. Friendly staff, good breakfast. The only thing to note is that walls can be thin and noise from the street loud on weekends plus on the 6th floor, the heavy rain got quite loud. But it was warm and comfy and I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.
