Checked in at the property to find it completely thrashed and not cleaned. Despite of us checkin in early and messaging them to ensure everything was in place as we have young children the place was left uncleaned, no spare bedsheets, no towels, leftovers in the fridge and trash outside. Upon calling the staff didn’t even apologies and passed us on to Expedia to find us an altenative accommodation past mid night as they didn't have anything. Location is good but too steep if you have small children. Also it would not be possible to get the taxi to drop you right outside and there is a good 8-10 min steep walk which is not ideal for family with luggage and kids.

I booked an apartment with balcony to enjoy the spectacular views on offer & the hot temperatures
However, on arrival, it was apparent there was no balcony. We were 4 flights up (no lift). When I questioned the balcony, the reply was “this apartment doesn’t have a balcony”.
I had specifically booked a balcony, so why allocate me this one if there is no balcony….?
Communication was poor and their tone was rude and abrupt, as if I were in the wrong. No apology or compassion. I had to message back and forth for the best part of the week which was stressful and unpleasant. Finally, I contacted Expedia and we were given a nominal refund, but not enough to compensate for the disappointment.
In addition to this, the fridge door didn’t close properly. There was constant dripping from the freezer compartment which soaked any food on the top shelf and left a pool of water on the bottom edge.
There was no storage in the kitchen cupboards for any food purchased.
I was promised an ice tray every day but one never materialised.
The beds were positioned so you had to squeeze by every time you went to the wardrobe and meant the plug sockets was too far from the bed, so the light lead had to reach across the room = safety hazard.
One toilet kept running water after flushing, so you had to go back to flush again. The door stop directly under the toilet caused lots of toe stubbing - really weird placement.
Despite declaring that they were there to help, they were decidedly UNHELPFUL.
AVOID .!
