The welcome from the host was very warm and nice, they only have 5 rooms and really care for their guests, service feels personnalized. the decor is somptuous and beds very comfortable.

Host is very nice. Property so close to metro very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. Bed is medium firm which is perfect for me. Washroom always available to use. Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage.

Struttura pulitissima, personale gentilissimo e letti davvero molto comodi, in generale la struttura è tenuta in ordine ed è dotata di tutti i servizi e comodità. Fantastica la colazione! Posizione comoda attaccata alla metro, ma la zona non presenta grandi locali o attività soprattutto la sera, ma in una ventina di minuti a piedi si è sul fiume o in centro città.

Tuvimos un problema con la habitación privada debido a un fuerte olor a recién pintado. Lo comunicamos al personal y solicitamos otro dormitorio, desgraciadamente no tenían más disponibles. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos puesto que el alojamiento nos gustó. En todo momento nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de hacer la devolución del importe de la reserva que fue lo que finalmente hicimos, muy bien en este aspecto.
