++ Our backside appartment was very quiet. The location was okay: the place was not far from metro Marques and a supermarket was near the appartment. - - The couch was very uncomfortable and a proper chair was lacking. It is recommanded to make available use-instructions for the utilities.

Lovely and clean and spacious. Felt really safe. Was quite noisy, though, with the street on one side and school on the other. No place to hang wet towels. Parking not included so once we found a spot, we left the car there and walked everywhere. Nice place.

The place is new and clean. It is big enough for a short stay for 4 people. Three observations: there are no screens on windows and there were mosquitos inside the place. No place to hang towels once used or place to leave shampoo, soap inside the shower. There is an elementary school behind and they started to use the microphone at 8:00 am

We stayed one night in Porto Portugal at blissful suites. Very easy check in and clean units with adequate towels for all 4 guests. Had a great stay, but they informed us after we checked out, of extra fee’s we had to pay (city tax?) which we should have be charged at check in when we payed in the beginning,we don’t mind paying for these taxes but should have been informed at check in,we were in route to another city when we were inundated with texts and emails in Portuguese and unable to read or understand them, we received 4-5 a day and not being on safe wifi I did not feel comfortable putting my CC information in.When dealing with people from around the world there should be an easy option to have information in the language you understand, this may be something to improve on.It felt a little like we were being scammed on how they presented the un paid 8eur Thank you

Booked 2 nights at blissful suites and when we tried to checkin our room was still not cleaned from last guests and made us feel very frustrated. They moved us to another suite and then this was also not cleaned from the last guests and then we met a cleaning staff member and they quickly cleaned the bathroom but didn’t leave full sizes bathroom towels and the kitchen rubbish wasn’t emptied from the last guests. Overall the cleaning standard was very poor. It was a shame as the actual apartment would have been very nice if the cleaning was done prior to our arrival. It was very modern and could have been a fantastic stay. Hopefully blissful suites take this review as constructive criticism.

When we checked in we found the apartment like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The kitchen counters looked and smelled as if they had been wiped with a dirty rag, there were dishes still in the dishwasher, there was only 1 toilet paper roll in the bathroom even though our reservation was for 4 days for 3 people. I contacted the property and they said someone would come to clean and drop off more paper the next day and they didn’t. I contacted them again and they said their policy is to only clean every 4 days so I asked them to at least give us more toilet paper. They finally dropped off more on day 3, but they never came to clean the kitchen. The kitchen is also not equipped with any of the basics such as salt / pepper or paper towels. It is managed by a company so it felt very impersonal. The only thing we liked about our stay was the fact that it had a parking spot.
