While the room was OK, it was in the back and just looked into the back of other buildings. Most unpleasant and disappointing. As well, there was a significant step down from the bathroom to the main area that has the potential to be very dangerous, especially if the room is dark. Staff were pleasant!

A localização é excelente. O quarto e a cama são grandes!! Mas o hotel tem vários probleminhas que, se superados poderiam melhorar a estadia e conforto dos hóspedes: Falta ganchos para pendurar toalha, o quarto não tem mesa e nenhuma bancada de apoio. No banheiro também não tem nenhuma bancada para colocar as coisas. Além disso, os travesseiros são pequenos e poderiam ser de melhor qualidade.

Perfect place to stay to explore Porto. Staff are excellent and incredibly helpful. Only complaint, and I still give 5 stars, is that it can get loud in the early hours of the weekend if your room faces the street as many people take this route back from the bars/clubs.

Great service, great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the morning we left. The street this hotel is located is full of food and drink establishments, ranging from upscale boutique restaurants to more casual eateries. Great place to stay!

Stayed in room "D". Exactly as shown in the picture - high vaulted ceiling, balcony looking into the courtyard, very spacious. Clean rooms & bathroom. Excellent location - could walk to metro station & ribeira district. Tons of restaurants around. Laundromat up the road. The breakfast was amazing - made to order eggs, cold cut meats, cheeses, pastries, cereal, toast, tea/coffee, juices etc The front desk staff is super friendly & helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it.
