Probably the best views of Vila do Conde! Compact room, but everything you need, shampoo, hair dryer, soap, fridge. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, but a coffee station just outside, however lacking in coffee pods and tea bags. The complimentary pain au chocolate and water was welcome. Air conditioning good. Comfortable bed. Noise levels from other guests high. After check in, we did not see any staff. Good location on the Camino, everything nearby

Historic building with modern interior

Great location on the corner of a picturesque square. Historic building converted into hotel rooms with ultra-modern interiors. Great base to enjoy the New Year festivities.

The hotel is beautiful, but the staff there are not at all helpful. The remote control for the TV didn’t have any batteries, we couldn’t turn on the AC, and there was no one to call and ask for help. They also left us outside for a while waiting before they let us in the building. Horrible staff service.

A beautiful property overlooking the park, convent, and river. Very conveniently located for anyone walking the Camino since it is immediately over the bridge as you enter town. Excellent dining options around the park square. Highly recommended.

It was cold in the room and the air con wasn’t working. Reported to a cleaner and was told the boss would be in to sorted it out at 6pm. 6:30pm no one turned up and the hotel has no front desk. In the end I slept in a cold room for the night. The experience was beyond appalling.

Cozy, comfy, and well appointed

The room was perfect, with a beautiful view over the river, and spotless inside. The bed was comfortable and the room was a perfect temperature without needing to use the a/c. Everything seemed upscale, and communication with the hotel was easy (make sure you contact them ahead of your arrival since there is no front desk). There are a ton of great restaurants nearby, and the waterfront is right out the front door.

A recommander.
