"The house has a heated pool, which allowed us to swim and sunbathe! Although the house also has air conditioning, nothing beats lighting the fireplace and spending some time chatting! Excellent architecture and decoration. Perfect location, in the countryside near the wonderful beaches. The hosts were very friendly and dedicated. "There is no lobby. You are emailed a code and room number. My code was emailed 1 hour after my check in time. Fortunately we found a helpful staff member that helped us and got us into the room. Hotel was nice. Rooms do not have a mini fridge so keeping things cold like medicine is a problem. Breakfast was really good. Location is close enough to town and is safe."

"Nice hotel with parking - compact rooms but functional. The restaurant is a true hidden gem and is undersold! The restaurant was the best meal we had in Portugal. The à la carte menu is well worth trying and the staff are so incredibly helpful. Generous portions - Michelin style presentation and absolutely delicious flavours. We wish we could go again. The breakfast buffet is also great! The underground parking us helpful and we enjoyed the spa. All in all a great stay."
