The staff were courteous, but, due to several different teams working there, some things were overlooked (for example I was not told that, on a specific evening, there would be no dinner before 8:30pm - to their credit the restaurant staff did make me a sandwich at 7:30pm, as I did not want to wait until 8:30pm to eat).
